It was a wonderful evening on June 1 at the Powerplant Cinema at Rockwell Center Makati as UPMG presented a special screening of the movie “Wonder Woman”.
It was a hit with about 121 people from both UPMG members and visitors flocked Cinema 1 to watch the movie.
Moviegoers enjoyed the film as well as the free snack foods from Leslie Products Corporation which are distributed at the entrance. There were also raffle prizes from Plato Wraps.
Danny Ocampo, UPMG Auditor says “Undertaking an event like this that provides entertainment to people as well as providing a channel to help the less fortunate children is something we are glad to do in UPMG.” “We are so happy with the results and we are so thankful for all the committee members who worked to put everything in order and with the support of all the member publications”, he added.
Part of the proceeds went to the street children under the care of San Ildefonso Parish Church in Bangkal, Makati
